Fronds

A night jungle in blues and violets, with pale palm fronds fanned across the front of the picture and pink vines looping through it. In the middle distance a small creature with a single horn and a toothy grin sits half hidden, its round eyes catching what little light there is.

The creature is easy to miss and the picture is built so that you do miss it, at first. Once you have found it the fronds stop being decoration and start being cover.
